BioLucy Noyes is the wife of Ham Noyes, and daughter-in-law of Noah. Yes, that Noah.
Lucy is also an angel. Or Lucifer, if you prefer. As such, she does have some powers. She has dominion over fire, and is fond of her demons. She can assume the shape of a cormorant (and possibly other creatures) can turn things into gold, and can produce objects (lanterns, candles) from seemingly nowhere. As well, she can lay minor curses on people, if she thinks they deserve it.
Appearance:
Lucy is 7'5" and has the appearance of a young, very graceful and beautiful woman. Her hands and feet are webbed, though she usually wears gloves and long gowns to hide this. Her gowns are often made of bronze feathers, many of which get left behind. She has one of three appearances: 1) a geisha - which is her usual dress 2) long, blonde hair and goldish eyes - which is her angelic appearance rarely shown and 3) gray paloured, red haired (with a white streak in the middle) - which is when she's being serious and "working".
